Eligibility

Participants must complete all fields in the participation form accurately.
Participants must download and play PUBG MOBILE, completing at least one nature-positive action in PUBG MOBILE Primewood Genesis and screenshot the action:
- Plant a Sacred Fruit
- Clear Corrupting Flowers
- Restore Sacred Tree areas
- Interact with Barkle
Only individuals aged 18 years and above and residing in Nepal may enter.

Participation Certification and Tree Plantation

All valid participants will receive a certificate proving participation in the 'PUBG MOBILE Sacred Trees, Real Soil Campaign' and that one tree will be planted on their behalf.

IGE and its client reserve the right to disqualify submissions that don't adhere to the spirit of the programme as interpreted by IGE, or does not adhere to the terms and conditions set out herewith. The decision of IGE and its client will be final and binding.

Promotional Activity & Consent

By entering the competition, participants grant InGame Entertainment PVT LTD, its subsidiaries (IGE) and its client(s) permission to use their name, image, voice, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to this campaign.

This consent covers all media — online, print, and broadcast — without additional compensation or notice.
Participants may be invited to participate in promotional videos, interviews, or content related to the campaign.

Privacy & Data Policy

The competition and related data collection are managed by IGE in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Information collected includes:

First Name
Last Name
In-Game Name (IGN)
UID
Email Address
Phone Model
City
Screenshot upload
Consent checkbox confirming data accuracy and public display of IGN
Personal Photograph (Selfie) for Certificate generation

This data will be used to verify entries, contact participants, deliver certificate and marketing purposes.

For data deletion requests, participants may email [email protected] with the subject: "Requesting data deletion – PUBG MOBILE Sacred Trees, Real Soil Campaign"

Requests will be processed in accordance with privacy regulations.

Rights & Reservations

IGE reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the programme at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
In any dispute, the decision of IGE and Client(s) will be considered final.
Participants confirm that all entries and images submitted are their own original content.
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
